I don't leave many reviews, but I feel compelled to do so here given the outstanding quality of service that Santa Monica Motors consistently delivers. I've been a customer of theirs for several years, and they have always taken good care of me and my cars. There have been two separate recent instances where I have had to show up unannounced, and they have managed to fit me into their busy schedule and have service completed in the same day. They are honest, dependable, and responsive, and I highly recommend them.

Usually when I go to any car repair place, there is an all-male energy that makes me feel uncomfortable. But when I got my car smog-tested here, everyone was extremely courteous and welcoming! It was a positive experience and I will recommend you to others!
