Ray and the staff at SM Motors are always courteous. Even if there is a time I need to wait to get my car in, they always make sure I’m taken care of. It was easy for us to sign up for an appointment online and keep in touch by phone and text as our appointment approached. We dropped off the car the night before and that process went smoothly. Once they looked over the car, we received a summary by text that we could review before we talked to the mechanic by phone. They were super helpful and all charges were explained before hand.

I recently visited this smog check center in Venice and had an excellent experience! The service was outstanding, very quick, incredibly friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing a smog check in Los Angeles:)
