Ray, and the shops level of customer service is above and beyond. They installed a brand new battery at no charge because they may have caused an issue cleaning the terminals. It was not definitive that it was their fault, yet they gave us a brand new battery. Who does that in this day and age?? I would say this shop is exceptional in all ways. Believe all the 5 star reviews and take your vehicle there for service.
