Easily the best smog inspection experience I have ever had! As soon as I pulled my car in, I was instantly greeted by their service advisor Bob. He made me feel right at home, explained the procedure, directed me where to wait, and before I knew what had happened I was already paying for the service with their delightful cashier. Shout out to Joseph who did the physical inspection. I cannot imagine ever going anywhere else. They treat you like family and royalty at the same time. My smog certification was electronically transmitted to the DMV and I was able to register my vehicle online that same evening. Thanks, Santa Monica Motors!

I came in around 8:30am and right away Bob was able to help me. He quickly made a profile for me and took me through the process of the smog check. I waited for maybe 15 mins for the appointment to be complete. Bob even gave me a heads up on a few things my car might need in the near future. Thank you so much!
